Privacy Policy:
Vagnavs.com in collaboration with CARDSERV Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy.
CARDSERV Inc. will not rent, sell or share any information about you with any third parties
nor use any personal information.
Merchandise Return/Refund Policy:
Items may be returned for exchange or refund within ten (10) days of delivery.
- Returned/exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice
- There must be a valid reason (s) for exchanges/refunds.
- We advise that merchandise be sent back to Vagnavs.com in such a way that the
package can be tracked (such as Postal Service with "Delivery Confirmation," or another
carrier, such as UPS.)
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back
to Vagnavs.com for return/exchange
- Refunds include original shipping/handling charges and will be in the form of the
original payment
- Vagnavs.com will not refund or exchange items damaged after being received by
the customer
- Please allow 14-21 days for refunds or exchanges to be completed
Warranty:
- Effective April 4th, 2008. We now will be offering a 6 month warranty on all navigation systems.
- Should the unit have a problem, we will exchange it with an exact replacement.
- If we cannot replace the unit, a full refund will be given.
