You can shop at www.vagnavs.com online with confidence. We have partnered
with CARDSERV Inc., a leading payment gateway since 1998, to offer safe and
secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

Privacy Policy:
Vagnavs.com in collaboration with CARDSERV Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy.
CARDSERV Inc. will not rent, sell or share any information about you with any third parties
nor use any personal information.
Merchandise Return/Refund Policy:
Items may be returned for exchange or a refund within ten (10) days of delivery.
- Vagnavs.com will not refund or exchange items damaged after being received by
the customer.
- Customers will be billed if they return merchandise damaged. They will be charged for the cost of repair.
- Returned/exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice
- There must be a valid reason(s) for exchanges/refunds. They will need to be given within the
10 days of receiving the merchandise. If the reason(s) are not deemed valid, a $100 charge will be deducted from the purchase price
of the navigation system package.
- A 15% Restocking fee will be charged if merchandise is returned after the 10 days of receiving it
- We advise that merchandise be sent back to Vagnavs.com in such a way that the
package can be tracked (such as Fedex with "Signature Confirmation," or another
carrier, such as UPS or DHL)
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back
to Vagnavs.com for return/exchange
- Refunds include original shipping/handling charges and will be in the form of the
original payment. However, we will only cover "Ground" shipping charges. Any additional charges will
not be covered.
- Please allow 14-21 days for refunds or exchanges to be completed
Warranty:
- Effective June 25th, 2010. We now will be offering a 12 month warranty on all navigation systems.
- Should the unit have a problem, we will exchange it with an exact replacement.
- If we cannot replace the unit, a full refund will be given.
