How hard is the Installation?
Actually, its rather easy. Since there is no soldering and the wiring is plug and play. We also provide step by step instructions with each navigation package.

Can you hookup a TV, dvd player, phone etc?
Yes, you can hookup the following electronics with a multimedia adapter.
TV, DVD player, PDA, Portable CD Player or Laptop.
What about software?
We currently have up to date software for the US, Canada and Europe.

Do I need to program the units i.e. VAG-COM?
No, we will program each unit to your vehicle specifications (for Audi).
So that everything works properly such as your bluetooth, satellite radio and multi-functional steering wheel etc
The VW units typically do not require VAG-COM.
Does the RNS-E unit play DVD's?
The RNS-E unit alone will not play DVD's. You would need a multimedia adapter and a multimedia device for playback on the RNS-E unit. That along with the wideo in motion update, simply request it when making a purchase. If you have any questions feel free to contact us .
What about manuals?
We include the latest Audi RNS-E or VW RNS-510 paperback manuals with any navigation purchase. If your just looking for paperback manuals then visit here for Audi and here for VW. For hardcover manuals. Whether it be a technical or owners manual. Try here, they have Audi and VW.
Do I get a Warranty?
Effective June 25th, 2010. We now will be offering a 1 year warranty on all navigation systems.

How much is shipping and what is the cost?
Shipping costs can be calculated at the checkout. You can choose from three different carriers and there rates. Typically Fedex Home Delivery is $25 or less.
How much does it cost to have the navigation system installed? Do you know who can install it for me?
I'm sorry, I do not know how much the cost of installation would be. You will have to check around with car audio shops in your area. We may be able to find a shop or person in your area to do the installation feel free to contact us. However, most people install them by themselves, there a pretty easy installation if you follow the step by step guide provided.
Can you install the navigation system for me?
I'm sorry, we do not do the actual installations.

Due to time restraints we cannot answer these questions. If you purchased any navigation system or parts through us we'd be glad to help you with any issues you may have.
