online store (See below).  We also provide free Tech support and have Paperback, PDF manuals
for most models.

How hard is the Installation?
Actually, its rather easy. Since there is no soldering and the wiring is plug and play.
We also provide step by step instructions with each navigation package.

Will the A3, A4, MFD, MFD2 etc. work in my 20XX vehicle?
Sure, when emailing me please specify the year, make and model of your vehicle.  Also,
please state your estimated budget for this project.  Thanks

Can you hookup a TV, dvd player, ipod, phone etc?
Yes, you can hookup the following electronics with a multimedia adapter.
TV, DVD player, iPOD, PDA, MP3 Player, Portable CD Player or Laptop.

Do you sell accessories and navigation software?
No, we do not sell accessories and navigation software separately. You can get
accessories at Euro-Parts and navigation software at NAVTEQ

What about software?
We currently have up to date software for the US and Canada.
If your just looking for software then visit NAVTEQ (no Nav unit)

Do I need to program the units i.e. VAG-COM?
No, we will program each unit to the vehicles specifications (for Audi).
So that everything works properly such as your multi-function
steering wheel controls, satellite radio etc.  The VW units typically do not require VAG-COM.

Does the RNS-E unit play DVD's?
The RNS-E unit alone will not play DVD's. You would need a multimedia adapter
and a DVD player for playback on the RNS-E unit.  That along with the Video in motion update,
which is included in the purchase price.  

What about manuals?
We include the latest Audi RNS-E or VW MFD2 paperback manual with any navigation purchase.

Do I get a Warranty?
Effective April 4th, 2008. We now will be offering a 6 month warranty on all navigation systems.

How much is shipping and what is the cost?
Shipping costs can be calculated at the checkout.  You can choose from three different
carriers and there rates.  Typically Fedex Home Delivery is $25 or less.

How much does it cost to have the navigation system installed? Do you know who
can install it for me?
I'm sorry, I do not know how much the actual cost of installation would be. Generally the cost is about
$100, from the various car audio shops we have spoken too.  You may want to check around
with car audio shops in your area. We may be able to find a shop or person in your area to do the
installation feel free to contact us However, most people install them by themselves, there a pretty
easy installation if you follow the step by step guide provided.

Can you install the navigation system for me?  
I'm sorry, we do not do the actual installation.

What are your terms and conditions?

They are cheaper on ebay, can you match or beat their price?
No, we will not match or beat their price. We get our navigation units from reputable vendors. Not like
many of the sellers on ebay. A lot of the units are stolen, have fake stickers, scratches on the facia / screens.
If something goes wrong with the unit, then what are you going to do? Send it back to Poland or Lithuania.
We also offer a warranty, both phone and email support.
   
I purchased a part or navigation system on ebay or from someone else, how do I fix XYZ?
Due to time restraints we cannot answer these questions.  If you purchased any navigation system or
parts through us we'd be glad to help you with any issues you may have.
